Q- How do I place an order?
A-

1. Visit your favorite product's page, click "add to cart" for each product you want.
2. When you're adding all the products, open your cart and click on "checkout".
3. Fill the form with your details and click on "proceed to check out".
4. Congrats, you order is placed and you'll receive a confirmation e-mail.

 

Q- How much does shipping cost?

A-

• 50 EGP for orders inside Cairo, Giza & Alexandria.
• 60-95 EGP for other governates.

Q- When will I receive my order?
A- Orders will be delivered in 2-5 working days.

Q- Can I cancel/update my order after placing it?
A- Yes, you can cancel or edit your order after placing it as long as it hasn’t shipped.

Q- Can I request an exchange/refund?

A- You can request an exchange/refund within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is in its original condition.
